The training offered by ESMA is rewarded in the form of an ESMA certificate, which is widely recognised by Airline Transport professionals.

Load Planner and Control Agent (Load Master)

Dates : 2 sessions per year in Paris.
Roles taught : Load planner and load control agent (IATA functions 1 & 3) 
Duration : 3 or 4 weeks (GAETAN Software in option).
Selection : On file examination or interview (depending on the candidate profile)

Passenger Handling Agent

Dates : 2 sessions per year in Paris.
Roles taught : Passenger handling agent - Airport station agent 
Duration : 3 or 4 weeks (GAETAN Software in option).
Selection : On file examination or interview (depending on the candidate profile)
