We propose activities of expert advice, which are based around the following structures :

• Audit missions
• Project support
•  Recrutement assistance of airline company's personnel
• Feasibility studies of a pilots schools etablishment

This activity is undertaken with air transport businesses and in particular with airline companies.

ESMA is at the present moment in charge of the following dossiers :

• Assistance to the opening of PART 147 in an airline company
• Assistance to the recrutement of teams and personnel for airline companies
• Feasibility studies of aeronautical schools in Vietnam and in South Africa

In order to bring these activities into training, ESMA rests heavily on the competences of its personnels and equally on experts dans in different fields.
