Training Tax

Training tax is an obligatory French tax for all companies with salaried employees. It is used for financing employee training, enabling personnel to enhance their technological and vocational skills with professional qualifications.

In 2008 the Ecole Supérieure des Métiers de l'Aéronautique will celebrate its twentieth anniversary. Over the past 20 years, ESMA has become a leading and essential actor in the education sectors of the Aerospace industry, both on the French and International market.

Throughout this period, our Academy has been able to evolve and adapt to meet the needs of a constantly evolving environment by unceasingly enriching and expanding its range of products and services, enabling it  to reach its high standards of quality, standards acknowledged by companies and organizations throughout the sector.

Thanks to the participation of our suppliers, customers and partners,  ESMA undertook several major projects in 2007:

• Renewal and the homogenisation of our fleet of aircraft with the arrival of new twin-engine and single-engine planes.
• Improvement of equipment and facilities for students on our campus: WIFI access covering the whole site and a new rest and relaxation area.
• Transfer of our course material to digital format and installation of IT equipment in our classrooms.

Your support, through the payment of training tax, is a direct contribution to the consolidation of our position as a leading flight school in France and in Europe and to the improvement of our technical and teaching equipment.
